WCF. An organisation built on values

I created WCF because I wanted to build a place where patients receive the care I would want for myself. I believe that treatment involves more than the highest quality of medical services. Kindness, good communication, education, support from loved ones, accessibility and a holistic view of the patient are equally important. The size of the organisation was never my priority. What mattered more was creating a place where staff have meaningful relationships with one another and patients can trust them.

Deepening our knowledge, educating our team and nurturing our working culture are important parts of our mission. As a team, we organise scientific events and conferences, support the development of future generations of specialists, take part in charitable work and sponsor sport.
